DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES

1.We will post your order as quickly as possible (2-5 working days),unless there are exceptional circumstances,we guarantee to send it within 30 days
2.You may be asked to sign for goods received.

RETURNS

1.you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving and we will refund the price of the goods however we must be notified by email and you will be liable for the return postal costs.

2.If the goods are broken you will be refunded in full however we will need the goods returned and we will need to be notified by email .We will pay for the return postage of the goods or if you agree we can supply you with a replacement.

3.If goods arrive damaged we must be notifed within 10 days of arrival so that the refund can be claimed.
